out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will
notify you via e-mail. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise
or have a back-order entered at that time.
CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products
will be deemed to exist between you and Panda’s International
Trading Co. unless, and until, an email is sent by a Panda’s
International Trading Co. to you confirming that your order has been
shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Panda’s
International Trading Co. of your offer to buy goods.
Panda’s International Trading Co is free to withdraw from a
prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies
in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the products,

goods or the order itself.
